On the Saturday night of Parklife (June 8th), we’re throwing a massive official after party in town as part of the Afterlife series of after parties. We have one of our favourite club and radio DJs in the UK, MistaJam, headlining, alongside the Juicy DJs, Two-One and perhaps a surprise guest or two.
Known for his passion for music and huge range of styles, he’s equally at home mixing grime, hip hop, jungle, house, bashment, R&B, future bass and everything in between. As well as his hugely popular shows on Radio 1 and 1Xtra, he throws his massive Speakerbox parties at festivals and clubs across Europe. We’ve played with him before, at the Warhouse Project and Fabric, and we know he’ll definitely tear shit up.

For our party at Deaf Institute this month, we’re celebrating the fairer sex, dropping a special girls only set at midnight. Expect to hear classics from some of the baddest females around, from Missy Elliott, Lil Kim, Beyonce, Kelis, MIA, Ciara, Eve, Ashanti, Aaliyah, Mary J, Mariah, Lauryn Hill, Janelle Monae, Azealia Banks, Iggy Azalea, Foxy Brown and many more. Wow… our Kanye party on Sunday, Power, was incredible, one of the most epic events we’ve ever put on. Over 1000 Yeezy fans packed into The Ritz going completely cray until 3 am. The slow jams section at the end was nuts: Overnight Celebrity, All Falls Down, To The World, Slow Jamz, Runaway, Spaceship, Through The Wire and, of course, Can’t Tell Me Nothing.
